Day 2 The Blizzard and Ice Cream Pie

Let me get something straight, I am drinking coffee and water.  I am trying the no sugar-flour thing but remember  I am only on day 2.  I do not have to give up "pop" since I have never  liked it and don't ever drink it.  One less thing....  There is a blizzard in Clinton-- No school for 2 days.  I am eating soup.  Electricity is off and on but we have a gas stove.  At least I won't go hungry.  Btw, I still have ice cream pie in my freezer.  I hope the lack of electricity melts it away.......

Day 1

So yesterday was my 39th birthday.  As I was consuming my birthday meal of chicken fried steak and ice cream pie, I pondered, "Could I be fit by 40?"   Hmmmm, it is a thought I have had for many years.  I COULD be fit if I made better food choices or if I WOULD exercise more but the truth is I always start on a program and never finish.  This is going to be my journey of 365 days to get fit by my 40th birthday.  I am going to update my progress, my program and my journey.  I will be taking a picture everyday.  Let the fun begin!
