He makes me do what "fit" people do. Squats, lunges, lifts, pulls, planks, blah, blah, blah.
I think I am getting a benefit. Maybe I'm gaining muscle. Not sure yet. I told him the biggest hurdle for me to jump over is simply showing up. This means getting in my car, driving to appointment, getting out of my car, doing what he tells me to do, paying, then driving home. Simple right? Well, not for me. Showing up is the battle. If and when I show up, I do the work.
So here I am. 1 month out. Is Narrah the answer???
