Day 3: The Hangover



             The Hangover : n.   1. the term people use describing how they feel after a long night of drinking   2.  the term I use describing my stomach hanging over my jeans.

Weight: 146 lbs

Exercise:  Body For Life legs and 250 crunches

Food:  coffee, water, meat veggies, walnuts, protein bar
