Day 39: The chart

According to this chart, I am an ideal weight for a medium frame woman.  However, If I happened to be a small frame woman, I am off the chart.  When did we determine if we are small, medium or large?  Nobody has ever told me there is a difference.  I'm going to assume I am medium frame since that is where I "fit in",  but in reality I'm probably small.  Well, I am still down 5 lbs and for a person my size that is good enough to fit in my jeans.  Isn't that what we want anyway, to fit in our jeans...... Oh and a bathing suit but I haven't tackled that yet.

Day 39:  4-4-2013
Weight:  141 lbs.
Exercise:  elliptical
Food:  coffee, water, protein bar, taco salad, dinner to be determined
