Recently I became aware of the term "selfies". It was in an article about how grown people should not post "selfies" in bathing suits, work-out clothes, basically NEVER do this. I mean truly, who wants to post themselves on FB, instagram, blogs? The answer is certainly not me, but wait...... I started a blog and I have been posting "selfies", haven't I ???? Does this apply to my 365 fitness journey? I kind of think "selfies" are important to track progress, although I must admit it is the worst part about writing this blog.
