Day 10: Bells

      I love to play bells.  For some reason it makes me laugh and I am always happy at bell practice.  I don't know why this is but I find the whole thing funny and beautiful at the same time.  I retired once at bells but that was when I couldn't find a babysitter or I forgot to laugh.  Since my "comeback" the happiness and laughter is back in full swing.  I LOVE BELLS!!!!

 Day 10:  3-6-2013

Weight:  144lbs.  (yay!!  I weighed in the morning)

Exercise:  Stretching, bells

Food:  water, coffee, protein bar, brisket walnuts

  1. My friend is in the bell choir and her husband calls their group "The Dingleberries". I think this might be a good name for you! :) Glad your two pounds stayed off. I'm down the pound I gained! Whew!
